Optivor’s Technical Support Center (TSC) supports remote monitoring and management for PBX, Voice Mail, Data Networks, and other IT/UC solutions (where applicable).

The Technical Support Center (TSC) supports a 7x24x365, fully redundant support organization that currently provides remote monitoring/management services. The entire facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and multiple backup power sources.
